Today I picked up a lost senior, wondering around the parking lot at Woodgrove Mall. I used the phone at White Spot to call the village and let them know there was a lost man here, the woman was confused and asked someone else if they knew of the man. she then transferred me to the floor he lives on???? Why? it rang...and rang...and rang... after 30 or more rings I hung up and tried main phone number again, where I got the Welcome to...our office is closed...please call back...
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????
I packed up his walker and took him home. I can't believe they would close the phone lines before assuring this man was safe. i WILL tell anyone I know who is looking for a care home for their loved ones.
The ONLY reason I am rating one star is because site wont allow No star review.
